Quick Sales Georgia is a Used Merchandise sales site that allows the buyers to purchase the merchandise at a price they set. The first price (Strick Through) on the Left side of the picture is the "Market Value" and the second price on the Right side is the "Buy it Now" price. However, you also have the option to "Make an Offer" and that link is in the e Body of the Description. When you click on this link fill out the form and submit your offer. If no other bids are received on that item within 48hours you are likely to be awarded that item provided you have registered and have provided us with an approved pay method. However, if another bid is received within the 48hrs the time starts over and you will be notified.
Buyers wanting to use the "Make an Offer" link must "Register" to have a method of payment preapproved.
